Returns & Exchanges
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
- The product must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
Non-Returnable Items

- Damaged products caused by misuse
- Products without original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- The wrong order
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with clear photos of the issue, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
